This is a lovely cotton that is not organically grown.  10/3 has 2800 yards per pound, a lace weight. 

Weaving setts recommended are 14 -18-22 ends per inch.

It's very hard to get a good rendition of the colors so I'm including these so you can get an idea.  The one above is closer to the yellow.

This is a lovely fine yarn. It is soft and has a nice twist. There are 1500 yards per pound.  I can wind off to what you need, each cone is about 2 pounds or a bit more.
